Terms of sale
These terms apply to every booking made on this site with Chantier Miniature (“the venue”). Booking implies acceptance of these terms.
1. Offers and prices
- Session: 30 minutes of driving on one station, €12 per station. 1 to 6 stations, up to 2 consecutive slots.
- Birthday: 10 stations for 2 hours, snack and souvenir photo included, €500. 20% surcharge on Saturdays between 2pm and 7pm, shown before payment. 30% deposit online, balance on site.
- Private event: the whole venue from 7pm to 10pm, 20 stations, €1,800. On quote, confirmed by email, paid according to the quote.
Prices include VAT. The venue may change its prices at any time; the price shown at the time of booking applies.
2. Booking and payment
Bookings are made online. Stations are held for 30 minutes while payment is completed; if payment is not completed within that time, the booking expires and the stations are released. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Confirmation is sent by email with a QR code to show at the front desk.
3. Cancellation and refunds
- Session: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the slot. After that, the session is non-refundable.
- Birthday: free cancellation up to 7 days before the start. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation is done from the link in the confirmation email. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 days.
- If the venue has to cancel (closure, technical failure), the booking is refunded in full.
Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a set date.
4. Lateness and no-show
Slots do not shift. A late arrival drives for the remaining time. A no-show is not refunded.
5. Conditions of access
Minimum age 5. Minors remain under the responsibility of an accompanying adult present on site. The venue's safety instructions given by the host must be followed. The venue may refuse access to anyone endangering others or the equipment, without refund.
6. Liability
The venue is insured for its civil liability as an operator. Personal belongings are the responsibility of their owner. Participants leave with sand on their clothes: the venue accepts no claim on this point.
7. Disputes
French law applies. In case of dispute, the consumer may use a consumer mediator; the venue's mediator is named on the legal notice page once appointed.
