What we collect, and why

• Booking a session: name, email address, phone (optional), date and slot. Needed to run the booking and send you the confirmation. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Booking a birthday: in addition, the child's first name only, their age, the number of guests and any allergies you choose to flag. We never ask for a child's surname, date of birth or photo. Allergy information is used only to prepare the snack and is deleted after the party.
• Private-event request: company, contact name, email, phone, preferred date, headcount, purpose. Needed to prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps.
• Payment: card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach our server. We keep only Stripe's transaction identifier.

Photos of children

The souvenir photo is handed to the family. We never publish a photo of a child on this site or on social networks without the explicit written consent of a parent, collected on site.

Who has access

The venue's staff, for check-in and running the day. Our processors: Hostinger (hosting, EU), Stripe (payment) and Brevo (email sending, EU). No data is sold or shared for advertising.

Where and how long

Data is stored on a server in the European Union. Booking data is kept 3 years after the visit for accounting purposes, then deleted. Allergy information is deleted after the party. Expired or cancelled bookings are deleted after 12 months. Quote requests are kept 12 months.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking cookie. Only the back-office uses a session cookie for staff login. Stripe's payment pages set their own cookies, governed by Stripe's policy.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [To be completed before opening.]. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
